Thursday, October 11, 2012

Tour of and Presentation on Anheuser-Busch

 

 

Tour & Presentation:        The local Anheuser-Busch brewery opened in 1970 and sits on 294 acres in Merrimack, NH. We have been invited to take a behind the scenes tour of the facility that produces 3.1 million barrels of beer per year. We will be touring all areas of the Engineering / Utilities department, this will include Steam Generation, CO2 collection/distribution, Water Treatment, Pre waste water treatment, Refrigeration, Dehumidification, Electrical distribution.

 

Speaker:                   Jeff Cox has worked for 15 years in the Anheuser-Busch Utilities department. Jeff is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all utilities at the facility. Prior to this, Jeff worked for Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corp.

                                    Dinner                                                 6:15 pm

                                    Announcements                                  6:45 pm

Presentation                                        7:00 pm

 

Dinner will be Buffet Style.

Note:              Granite State ASHRAE is a non-profit organization.  Consequently, cancellations will be charged due to our obligation to the restaurant.
